Pray for Moustapha Akkad

First Do you know Moustapha Akkad?
if you don't know this syrian man or never heard of him ,I will tell you who is him
He is great talented director who made great two movies about Islam and Arab nation El-Resla and Omar ElMokhtar
still don't know him ,well to make it easier
Do you know Halloween series ? Mick Myers killing people
He is the excutive producer of this series , one of the few arabs who had the courage to work in Hollywood , there are many lebanese producers in Hollywood but they don't care about producing or making not a movie but even a documentary about the Arab or Islamic history
Moustafa El-Akad needs your prayers now as he is lying between life and death in Aman hospital , the international director who opposed the war in Iraq was in the wrong time in the wrong place in Redisson hotel in Jordan when the blasts happened

His daughter Rima passed away as result of injuries while he suffers from injuries plus he got a heart attack that made things worst ,
There are many tragdies in Redisson hotel Jordan branch from wedding victims to Moustafa Akad
Please Ask God to mercy him

  1. Listen my friend. I totally understand your concern for Moustapha Akkad. He was a great producer and a great personality. A loss for all of us!
We Lebanese were very proud of him and continue to celebrate his memory. His daughter was married to a Lebanese.
But What does having Lebanese producers in Hollywood have to do with this??? Is this just an opportunity to strike at the Lebanese because of your envious ways?! When will you leave us to live our lives!? What do you ask of us???? What else do you want?
No Arab country has spilt blood and fought for 'Arabism' as much as Lebanon. Failed as Arabism is, no Arab country has sacrificed so much just because it was in an unfortunate geographical position. Let me remind you that we are the smallest country in the region!
Please note that the producers in Hollywood are Christian. Why didn't you ask if they did a movie about Jesus and the Christians? I suggest you think before you criticse the Lebanese!

  2. hani, i love you my brother. to the readers, i'm a lebanese in los angeles. moustafa and rima were my friends. i visited them in their home and they've been in my home. we spent so many great nights at byblos here in los angeles along with the great doreid laham, wadih safi, sabah and other entertainers from the mid east. moustafa was always present at lebanese and arab events. he was a great friend and hollywood personality. instead of you attacking lebanese people in hollywood, check your facrs. a great friend of mostafa and rima was kasey kassem. let me just say that kassey is not christian. but out here we're all together. if the webmaster of this site understands anything about america, which i doubt, since the composition of her article is flayed not to mention the grammar and spelling, you would know that there is no market for arab and muslim films, not in a post 9/11 world. it is contingent on arab producers to make such films outside the u,s, for example check the movie "paradise now", and the upcoming movie " looking for comedy of the muslim world." i can't believe that instead of directing your anger on the murdering fundementalist bastards who killed my friend and his daughter , you are turning against lebanese who had nothing to do with this massacre. get a life, will you.

  3. to Hani and Walid
I am specific in what I said and wrote ,I didn't attack the Lebanese people ,don't turn words meaning ,please read the words again because I guess you didn't read it
I feel that some Lebanese these day are becoming so sensitive ,I don't know why especially when there is something Syrian involved
I don't strike Lebanese at any opportunity because if any of you my visitors wanted to search in my archive ,he will find that I stood beside the Lebanese people after Murder of late Rafik El-Hariri and this is because of what I believe in from Arabism Mr.Hani described as failed
I won't speak about the blood split for Arabism and so as it is silly talk ,but I feel that Mr.Hani wishes that Lebanon were not an Arabic country , well reality sometimes is hard , and the Arab hood of Lebanon is a reality ,in fact if my historical information is not wrong the Arabism idea came from Lebanon , so deal with this reality
I am shocked really with these two comments and angry that the subject was deviated from its original point
To Walid I attacked El-Qaida in many instances and if you bothered yourself and read the following post you will know that

Concerning the Lebanese producers ,I am not speaking about after 9/11 ,it is reality , just boosting about their roots and their heirtage and nothing for return to the motherland ,speaking of Blood spilt on the Lebanese land , what they gave in return , do not tell me about Jewish lobby , they didn't even try to produce a single movie about the Lebanese war !!!

about the grammatical and spelling mistake , my dear Arab friend Charles Dickens had his own grammatical and spelling mistakes , I am not here in English composition contest , I am here to express my opinion

  5. to zeinobia. first of all, if you're going to write in english, make sure you do it right. otherwise write in arabic. i can't believe you're tying the murder of mostafa , to hariri's assassination and the 30 year syrian occupation of lebanon. furthermore to suggest that mostafa's nationality of being syrian in some way conflicts with him having had friends among the lebanese is a product of a sick mind and paranoia. instead of celebrating the life of mostafa akkad and his daughter rima, you have turned this into an anti-lebanese hatefest. i'm not critisizing egypt because egypt is a great nation with a history that goes back thousands of years. najib mahfouz is a treasure for egypt and other arab countries. but you are a hate monger with an anti lebanese inferiority complex.

  6. I am hate monger with an anti Lebanese inferiority complex!!!!!!!! OH BOY THESE ARE REALLY BIG WORDS
Guys you one who turned the thing in to some kind of Lebanese conflict ,
read my reply carefully Mr.Walid ,DON'T CHANGE THE WORDS ' MEANING AND READ IT CAREFULLY , I WON'T SAY MORE
ALREADY YOU MISUNDERSTOOD ALL WHAT I SAID AND YOU JUMPED THAT I HATE THE LEBANESE INFERIORITY !!!!!!!
I DIDN'T RELATE EL-HARIRI MURDER TO MOUSTAFA AL-AKAD MURDER , IN FACT I USED TO PROVED MY INNOCENCE FROM MR.HANI ACCUSATION TO ME THAT I HATE LEBANON AND ITS PEOPLE !!!!!! BUT IT SEEMED THAT YOU DIDN'T UNDERSTAND IT ,OR MAY BE YOU DON'T WANT TO UNDERSTAND
LOOK I DON'T NEED TO DEFEND MYSELF OR EXPLAIN MY WORDS, THEY ARE CRYSTAL CLEAR TO EVERYBODY , AND I ALSO GET MANY LEBANESE FRIENDS WHETHER IN EGYPT OR LEBANON AND THEY KNOW HOW I FEEL TOWARDS LEBANON AND THEY READ WHAT I WROTE AND THEY DIDN'T COMPLAIN LIKE YOU

SECOND I WRITE MY BLOG IN ANY LANGUAGE I LIKE ,THE WAY I LIKE ,IT IS WHAT I THINK

  7. Zeinobia I have seen your thoughts on Hariri and you have described February 14th with a heart felt touch. Hariri's spirit will live in us forever!
I am happy to see that you stand by your word. Your actions need no justifications.
Where did you see in my comment that I wished Lebanon wasn't an Arab country?? I never implied that at all. I am saying that Arabism is a failure and that is true! Anwar Sadat read that back in the 70's! He was a master Economist and he openend the country up. Can you imagine a socialist Egypt in this day and age??? With all due respect to Abdel Nasser, another great Arab leader, but Arabism has failed. All other ideologies have failed. Why can't we all have people power finally? As for blood being spilt, it really isn't silly talk. It is true and the blood is still not dry. Not one family in Lebanon doesn't have a person killed or injured or jailed! I won't talk about zionism as that is an evil in itself. It is the heart of the problem! Arabism as a theory may have started in Lebanon, but the idea grew from Egypt when Abdel Nasser took power.
I got upset a little with your comment because it seems any opportunity for one to take a jibe at the Lebanese is never lost! I am proud of the Arab history and that of Islam, but I am also a patriotic Lebanese, just as you're a patriotic Egyptian.
The Lebanese are great achievers ya Zeinobia and those that you talk about in the States went there a hundred years ago. Rather than speak about what movie they can direct or produce regarding Lebanon, it is better to read Gibran Khalil Gibran. In my opinion the greatest poet ever! This is my opinion and many approve. He speaks of Lebanon and the Levant, but he was American Lebanese.
His words make a thousand movies and plays. The Lebanese producers and directors are 4th generation Christian Lebanese-Americans if not 5th. The late Moustapha Akkad was only American by nationality. I presumed you had taken this minor fact into consideration before saying what you said. As they are Christian with no memory of the Lebanon their fore-fathers came from, I was wondering why you didn't ask about their initiatives on Christianity?
Regarding Syria, I don't think I need to tell you what experiences the Lebanese have in that almost closed book! Lebanon suffered for 30 years under the pretext of "helping the Lebanese end their war". Funny how the war only ended 14 years after the Syrians came in to quell it! When Kuwait was invaded all the Arabs rushed to help save it, but Lebanon had a blind eye turned on it! All because of the oil WE HAVE (not) in abundance of course.
Bashar Assad's speech was a disgrace! Who is a 38 dictator of Syria to criticse our Prime Minister Fouad Siniora and to accuse him of being a slave??? Why, is it because he is defending and promoting his country like a Prime Minister should. At least in Lebanon our leaders are now held to account if they step out of line! They don't rule us for ever and ever and then claim that others living in freedom are slaves!! I am yet to subject my ears to lower filth!
Mr. Siniora is innocent of all the accusations! We voted him in and we are happy with him! He speaks his mind in a free and pluralistic society thank GOD! The great Hariri was killed because of this. We finally have air to breath, but it came at a very expensive price!
We Lebanese will never accept American intervention in Syria, but this doesn't mean we will give up our fight for justice, freedom, soverignty and independence! We deserve that as a people and I wish it to all my brothers and sisters in the Arab world.

  9. this is turning to an ugly path. i have neither the inclination nor the time to engage with people who continue to have their head between their legs and up their ass. ( pardon me for the luingo). egypt is probably the greatest arab country. and i think that the greatest arab leader of the last 100 years or more was anwar sadat. here was a man who saw into the future and realized that despite egypt being the great nation that it is, he couldn't defeat america, because israel was america. did you know that had it not been for the dismal performance of syrian troops in the golan in the yom kippur war, the egyptian 3rd. army would not have been surrounded. they had the suez canal and had defenses across the whole sinaii front 12 miles deep. but the syrians couldn't hack it and sadat ordered 400 tanks to move in without infantry and missile support and they got blown up by the israelis. had he not advanced he would have had a complete victory. the respect the world gave him was like no other to an arab leader. and he got the whole of the sinai back. that is a leader in my book. now that i've unloaded, i hope egyptians realize how we lebanese feel about them and we hope they start understanding our tragedy that we continue to live in. don't ever tie akkad's murder with the lebanese people or the my homeland lebanon. over and out.

  10. @ Mr.Hany , I guess we began to understand each other ,let me start with each point
-Arabism is not a bad idea or a dream ,yes it turned in to a big failure thanks to Nasser's policies
I am not big fan to Nasser ,what he did to Egypt till now we suffer from
this guy used the Arabism to make his own glory , to be the worshiped one across the Arab world , using a hope of being one united Arab Nation is great dream no one hates it , and so he used it , just like using the Egyptian revolution principles , 6 great principals Nasser didn't work with any of them ,just using them as drug for Egyptian people ,till this hour I write this reply most of them except may be having a strong army " and it wasn't even in his days" weren't achieve and will not with the current blessed regime
you opened a great topic for Discussion here
Concerning the Sadaat ,well he is my favorite Egyptian Ruler after Mohamed Ali May God bless their souls both, and both I think wanted to achieve this Arabism , El-sadaat didn't oppose the Arabism ,the arabs are the one who left him ,don't you think that most of our problems with Israel would have been solved if they just had listened to the guy , they lost a golden chance by thinking in the Nasri way
About the Syrian president Speech, it is good start for the thing , I guess that it is the payment time for what El-Asad regime did both in Syria and Lebanon , and I am sorry to say that at least you got voice to scream while Syrian for decades can't breathe at all ,yet I agree with you totally about your demands , the united States is not doing this for the Lebanese freedom more than to secure the Iserali existence
-The Lebanese producers , the point of argument , well I won't lie that you clarified some points were not clear for me as Egyptian ,yes I live in Egypt but I got relatives in the States who are considered from the third generation yet we considered them just like us because as Egyptians we are more related to the motherland but the thing what makes me sad as an Arab is that many of Lebanese magazines are cheering up for those producers while they don't care not even as you said for their own religion , you know the same I feel it when the Egyptian newspapers keep cheering up some Egyptain producer I don't remember his name now
about the other Lebanese in the States ,believe I am proud of their achievement as an Arab ,believe or not I was very happy and proud by young Lebanese Hacker who cracked the new MSN 8 beta live and as you mentioned Gobran, well I am big fan of him and in fact this what I considered as great model of Arab person
look I am sorry if there was misunderstanding but believe me I didn't mean any offense at all and I am sorry again and I hope that you become a regular visitor to my blog
oh another about the blood split and so on ,I am sorry to describe it as silly one , I really made a mistake when I used it ,but I see that every Arab country especially on the front with Israel gave too much blood that no one can esitmate which one gave more blood than the other whether in Lebanon or Syria or Egypt or Palestine , also those countries gave alot of blood to Arabism ,the wrong Arabism,Lebanon paid lots of blood because of PLO , Egypt payed alot of blood when Nasser decided to send troops in Yman and so on
I am sorry if I hurt your feeling because I think describing the Arabic blood as silly is shameful

@ Mr. Walid , I said it again and it is there in my reply to Mr.Hany I am sorry if I hurt your feelings but I don't mean any offense to the Lebanese people from near or far ,also I don't relate in any way the murder of Hariri with Akkadm may God bless their souls
about the Sadaat ,well I am happy to see two Lebanese that don't curse the man as I am sorry I am surprised by the severe attack on the man in the Lebanese media
what happened in 6th October 1973 I know it by heart and this unfortunately the price Egypt had to pay to depend on a regime like El-Asad , if you watched Moustafa El-Talas memories on TV ,you will know why they didn't take their land
I am sorry again if I offend to you and I really respect the feelings towards Egypt ,and I am sorry for misunderstood ,God Knows how much I love Lebanon and its people

  11. zubeida, thank you. i love saddat and harriri. please honor their names and memory. thank you for your comments. egypt and lebanon are great nations, countries and people. the best is yet to come for us and even for syria and iraq. democracy is beautiful and we will get there. got bless all arabs, we shall overcome. god bless the soul of akkad, rima, hariri and sadat.

  12. I would just like to straighten things out here. First of all I am a Akkad (Canada).Mustafa Akkad( allah yerhamou) is a cousin of mine. Why is it that you lebs get fucking as sensitive as women when something doesnt hint or comes close to an insult to the lebanese ppl. I mean like come on stop preaching this stupid lebanese mantra of yours and go and liberate mazare3 shabaa. I mean zubeida didnt even say anything. The only reason why he chose lebanese ppl among hollywood arab producers is because there are so many of them. so get over it and get a life. And no i dont agree that lebanon and egypt are the greatest nations in the middle east. Please that really sounds like its coming from a leb u ppl are full of urselves and no we dont envy u ppl. I mean u ppl really think ur fucking superior to the whole fucking arab world dont you. You kept whining and bickering about syria presence ( not that i agree with syrian policy) how come u lebs arent doing anything about occupying force in lebanon. how come theyre not botherng u ppl. weird huh? Point is lebs will sell their souls for their own good so dont tell me u guys fought for arabism. And i completley agree with hani and wished that u ppl werent arabs. Anyways that being said ur greatest leader may god rest his soul (Mr. Hariri) is gone he is probably the one and only good one out of all u. But its not ur fault cuz ur lebs, and grass has root, u dont. so what are u gonna say now that i start my sentences with but and And. Right!!!!!!! And no shawarma is not lebanese by the way its turkish. which makes u guys a master of fuck all but talk.

  13. Oh thanks for putting in brackets that you don't support the Syrian regime...I nearly didn't believe you there! What's your name ya hmar??? You gonna be anonymous while you insult us?? Can't you at least have the courage to name yourself, or will you hide behind a barrier hurling insults and and showing your tough exterior? This is a typical embodiment of Syrian activity in Lebanon. Hide behind the Lebanese fighters while you sit back and throw words. Then you claim you are defending Lebanon from Israel, but when Lebanon is attacked by the Israelis because of your stupid actions, you coil and you disguise yourselves in big talk as is testament in your worthless message above. You ask us to return the Sheb3a farms, go return the Golan and try fighting for it yourselves for once first. It was the Lebanese who fought your fights for you all along. How about making it official that the Sheb3a are Lebanese before you ask us to fight for it. We complain?? Why because we demanded our freedom from your ilk??? Why, because we forced you out after you killed the great Hariri? Hariri was too good for you so you killed him. Just like you killed all the other leaders that defied your ugly Stalinistic rule. Don't you dare patronise us with yoru sweet reverence for the great Hariri, for we are way ahead of your feable attempts to belittle us. YES we are arrogant and YES we show off! So long as we have filth like you on our doorsteps, we want to differentiate ourselves from you, for we have no choice!
I hope you continue to burn inside by your envy for the Lebanese people for we will never regress to your level just so you can approve. Filth like you repulse me.

  14. to zenoubia. i promissed not to post anymore but your conciliatory tone is honorable. however i would like to qualify a muth. there really isn't that many lebanese american people in power in hollywood. we have "hanna and barbara" the cartoon kings. they're probably dead now. we had a great comedian actor, jack thomas who died over 15 years ago. his daughter marlo is an average actress whose claim to fame is that she's married to a previously very popular talk show host phil donohue. we might have a few more actors here and there but nothing of a world caliber. and definitely not produsers and directors. we do have however a new comer who's making a name for himself. he is elie samaha. he's producing a few non-famous films which i can't even remember. his biggest project now is building a luxurious restaurant/bar/nightclub in beirut in partnership with sly stallone (rocky) and bruce willis (die hard). as to the idiot from canada, fuck off.

  15. @Syrian anonymous , well if you are really relative to late Moustafa Akaad please accept my condolence
second I don't know but the talk about the greatness Egypt and Lebanon is real thing ,also the greatness of Syria is real thing no one can deny it , about the Lebanese superiorty well my dear friend all the people in the world have the right to boost of their achievements, and don't tell me that the Syrians don't do the same thing , we all are doing it ,it is an Arabic habit ,about the Shabba farms , well History says that Syria took it from Lebanon before 1967 ,I don't say that the Lebanese don't have to return it back but the Lebanese resistence made an achievement I am afraid that the Syrian regime with its army couldn't do with in more than 30 years
My brother don't misunderstand and , God knows how I do love Syria and its people but truth is truth
Syrian regime did alot in both Syria and Lebanon ,no one can deny it ,
@Mr. Walid , please don't say that you won't post anymore ,you are most welcomed at anytime and I hope that you become a regular visitor to my blog , about the Lebanese producers I am so happy to know that Barbara and Hanna are from Lebanese origin as I was raised on their work whether Tom and Jerry or Scooby doo :)

  16. to zeinobia. thank you for your warm comments. i have bookmarked your blog and will check it, on and off, time permitting. in this week's issue of time magazine, the movie topic is about several movies and shows about to hit the big and small screens. i suggest you go to time.com. if for some reason you can't find the 3+ page article, let me know, i'll e-mail it to you. i mentioned before the movie " paradise now". i hope you saw it and they allowed it in egypt. it was done by a palestinian living in holland. it got wonderful reviews here, despite the fact that hollywood is dominated by what arabs call the " the so-called jewish lobby". let me tell you something about jews in america. they're mostly liberal and consistently vote 80% democrat. they stand firm with israel but they're very much for the creation of a viable palestinian state through an honorable peace with for the palestinians. but i'm not here to defend the jewish lobby or israel. but understand that as an american i do not hate nor discriminate against anyone, be them jewish, christian, moslem, buddist, sikhs, hindu or atheist. God created a garden variety of people and if i discriminate, then i'm disobeying the Allmighty. i wish i can relay to you the pride all americans of all religions take in their lives, existence and country, especially the respect for our constitutional laws and our democracy. if this can be translated in the arab world, all arabs will be winners. but going back to movies, there's another one called "the syrian bride". it's supposed to be a great drama. another one is "sleeper cell" about terrorists in los angeles. on a lighter note, " looking for comedy in the moslem world " will hit theaters in jan 06. it is directed by albert brooks , a jewish comedy actor/director. very well respected. he filmed it in the middle east, pakistan and india. the reviews say that it's very funny and he was invited to showcase it at the dubai international film festival. so i don't think it's anti-moslem. even all 3 arab-american watchdog groups liked and didn't see any anti arab/moslem bias in it. i forgot to mention that "paradise now" won 3 awards at the berlin film festival this year.coming out next week on the 23rd. is the much awaited film, "syriana" with george clooney and matt damon. it's based on the memoirs of a high leval cia operative who operated in the mid-easr throughout his career. it's somehow based on his memoirs published in a book, " see no evil". he's the author and his name is robert baer. the director of syrian is the oscar winning screen writer of "traffic". he researched it for 2 years and went to lebanon several times and was " kidnapped" by hizbollah after which he obtained an audience with sheikh hassan fadlallah, the spiritual head of you know who !!!hizbollah. this is all well documented in that fascinating article at time.com.finally, the stephen spielberg movie "munich" comes out in the next few weeks. let me tell you and your readers a story that i never shared on the internet. i'm telling it because it's a perfect example of how much the lebanese have shed blood for the arab/palestinian cause. the organizer of the munich olympics event ( some call it massacre???) was abu hassan salameh, " the red prince ", for the blood he shed anywhere he went. the red prince was married to ex-miss universe, the lebanese georgina rizk, just to give you a point of reference. he was one of the key allies of yasser arafat in beirut. actually there was a book written about him in the 80's aptly titled "the red prince" by his cia contact in lebanon. he handled the u.s. account for the plo believe it or not. so the us was talking with the plo as far back as the 70's even though they publicly treated it as a terror organization. also, the red prince was the leader or one of the leaders of black september. but lets get back to our story. after munich, israeli pm golda meir, authorized a secret mossad operation to track down all the munich perpetrators and eliminate them through whatever means. i believe they called operation "sword of gideon". by early 1979 they gotten all of them except the red prince. well, they finally got him in beirut in january 1979. it happened on my street in the afternoon. it was car bomb detonated by remote control on the street of our apartment building. i remember like it was yesterday. it was about 100m down the street. our apartment on the first floor was totally devastated by shrapnel. BUT I WILL NEVER FORGET THIS. i was in my room doing homework. I WAS THROWN FROM MY CHAIR ABOUT 3 METERS AND I HIT MY FORHEAD ON THE BOTTOM OF ONE OF BED STANDS. I ALMOST LOST MY EYE AND HAD A GUSHING WOUND ON MY FORHEAD. MY EYE WAS BLACK AND PURPLE FOR WEEKS. but that's not the tragedy. the tragedy is that 26 innocent lebanese civilians died, 3 of whom were children that i knew from the neighborhood. they 7,7 and 9.

i'm telling this because if speilberg's movie doesn't show that when the mossad got the red prince civilians and children died, then i'm gonna be on every blog and they will hear this story.

  17. I look forward to reading your inputs on all blogs Walid. Somehow I doubt Spielberg will focus on the killing of the innocent Lebanese/Arabs.

  18. @ Mr. Walid , well to tell you the truth I am waiting for both syriana" "Already an Egyptian actor Amr Wakd is acting in it and very anxious as Wakd is known to be from very famous left wing family "know some of them" and Albert Brooks already the talk about his movie began to take place in the media
The problem in Hollywood and the Arabic Islamic image is complex , I respect the Jews so much yet I am afraid in Hollywood Jewish producers got a strong influence in creating this wrong image about Arabs ,I won't forget in 1967 Jerry Lewis produced and acted a whole movie making fun in disgusting way from Arabs at the same time of war, the perceived image about the Arabs in American movies, the theif ,the womanizer ,the retard, we live in tents and ride Camels ,just exactly in like in the Mummy , Late Moustaf Akkad spouke about this point many many times and he said the solution thousands times and no one listened , the funding of movie production ,it was shame that Late Akkad couldn't make his last project about Salah Din because he couldn't find any help in production from Arabs ,ironically Walid Ibn Talal is spending billions of dollars on his music production company
Yet to be fair there is many attempts in Hollywood to produce a fair image about the Arabs and Muslims like The 13th Warrior and I guess now after 9/11 there is part of Hollywood like Brooks and others want to present a fair image
about Speilberg ,also waiting for it ,already I read about the red Prince and his marriage and his death couple of month ago when his son from Georgina got married in legendry wedding Cairo , Georgina and his step dad Walid Tawfik spent one million pound for the wedding
What you said sir from terrible experience is horrible, I am very sorry that you lived it yet it is something I am not surprised from Mossad techniques
you know I am against this munich operation and I feel it didn't help the Palestinian issue like many of the PLO operations in the 70s
You see few Isrealis are killed but how many lebanese were killed in revenge !?
and I agree on Hani's words because already since Speilberg announced his movie as a project I followed it up
Speilberg is radical jew not like Woody Alan , he already claims the Jews slaves in Egypt built the pyramids despite the historical facts that Jews didn't come to Egypt except after 500 years of the Pyramids era
Also I doubt he will show the movie as you want , for one good thing ,in one of his studio statement dreamworks in the beginning stated that this movie will show the history of Islamic terrorism !!!! so now it is Islamic terrorism despite the fact the PLO at that time was more in the left wing ,the commardes ,I saw one of Munich group member ,the only survivor who is very sad that Speilberg didn't call him to see his version of story!!! he was in Al-jazeera Shad Al-asar with Ahmed Mansour and he was so attached to his commardes and Nasser and so , Islamic terrorism !!!
Ironically even some Mossad Ex-officers who shared in the operation opened the fire on Speilberg that he changed alot in the real story and it is true it is based upon the Gideon book
Sir as you say a promise ,I promise you to write your experience if Speilberg ignored the Lebanese blood and thought that the blood of Isreali athalics is more pure than 3 Lebanese kids
Sir as you say a promise ,I promise you to write your experience if Speilberg ignored the Lebanese blood and thought that the blood of Isreali athletics is more pure than 3 lebanese kids
